Before you book
- ✓ Company name and billing address for the invoice.
- ✓ Pickup points and times for each leg of the day.
- ✓ Name signs or a company banner for the windscreen if needed.
- ✓ Allow extra time for security at factories and plants.
- • Basel has designated coach parking areas and separate short-stop drop-off points; the spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
- • Coaches over 3.5 t pay a lump-sum heavy-vehicle charge (PSVA); foreign coaches buy it for the days they spend in Switzerland, in the Via app or at a staffed border crossing.
- • Mountain resorts such as Zermatt are car-free: coaches stop at Täsch and the group continues by shuttle train.
