Before you book
- ✓ Hotel list and the venue address with the coach drop-off point.

- ✓ Signage at hotels so delegates find the right coach.
- ✓ One event contact who can change times on the day.
- • At the Alhambra coach park, coaches may only set down and pick up groups (about 20 minutes); in-town bays such as Neptuno also have short stop limits, so for longer waits coaches park outside the centre.
- • Barcelona requires tourist coaches to book stops and parking through Zona Bus.
- • Some motorways (autopistas, AP-) are tolled, though the AP-7 through Catalonia and on to Alicante and the AP-4 Seville–Cádiz are now toll-free; autovías (A-) are free.
